Every year Gazprom establish the en vironment report and company follow all the environments standards which could be identified in the example of Sakhalin project where was observed all environment standards (Odawara, 2010). From the auctions of Gazprom could be observed the Soviet model of CSR and the states role is important in corporate social responsibility in Russia. The company provides various programs of welfare goods for the internal stakeholders such as corporate pension, medical insurance, residence and corporate scholarship. From the part of employees the CSR model focuses on collective agreement. The collective agreement or Russian article 41 of Labor code includes general rules, wages, working hours, health and vacation, labour condition, social program and control of enforcement. The collective agreement demonstrates the high influence of employees as stakeholders (Krichevsky, 2008). Another characteristic of power of stakeholders could be proved from the state-led type of Russian CSR. The Gazprom in some cases is presented like a state company and represent fully the state rules and norms. The state institutions such as federal or municipalities influenced powerfully to CSR. Despite of that the Non-Government organizations (NGO) have the weak influence and the state intervention on that is strong. In the Russia the philanthropy could be seen from the different parts. In one hand the philanthropy works as public policy on the other is a business strategy. A lot of people criticize the philanthropic programs of Gazprom and not only, because they make it only for the marketing promotion and companys reputation. Also, Russian companies are deeply involved in corruption and managers through the agreements had risk to injure CSR, apart from the voluntarism activities of CSR.
